What can I do about suspicious reviews or posts?

This article is intended for our ProductReview.com.au community members. Brand Managers can read more about reporting reviews here →.

When judging the reviews on a page, it's important to keep in mind the following:

  • It's common for people to write only one review (whether it is positive or negative).
  • The company may have recently reached out to their customers by sending out an email newsletter. This is also very common.
  • An incentive may have been offered to encourage customers to write reviews (a notice will be visible at the top of the listing).

After taking into consideration the above, if you have reasonable suspicion that a review has breached ProductReview's Posting Guidelines, please report it.

To report a review, question, or comment, click the flag icon  in the bottom right-hand corner of the post.

Although we won't be able to reply to every request, rest assured that we investigate every one of them.
