My customer's review hasn't been posted. What happened?

In order to avoid subjecting our system to abuse, we cannot reveal the exact reasons why some reviews don't get published. However, we do contact reviewers if there are any issues in publishing their review to help them get it published.

Generally, we publish reviews that comply with our Posting Guidelines within 48 hours. In some cases, we may request more information from the reviewers, such as proof of purchase.

We also request customers to confirm their email address. There may be delays involved in publishing their review if they haven't confirmed their email.
