Why can't I edit my review?

If you've recently tried to edit your review and you haven't been able to, there may be a couple of reasons why:

 


We weren't able to publish your review 

If your review has been fully rejected, you aren't able to edit your review.

 


You have received a response from a brand manager

If a brand manager has responded to your review, you are unable to edit your review. Editing is disabled for reviews that have been responded to so that all comments posted stay relevant to the original review.
