Why is my name coming up when I respond to reviews and questions?

All public responses by brand managers display the following fields:

  • First name (full text)
  • Last name (first letter)

If you would prefer to keep your name anonymous when responding to reviews, we would recommend changing the 'First name' and 'Last name' fields of your account to a generic name or your job title.

You can change this information on your Brand Management Platform by:

Step 1: Logging into your brand management account.

Step 2: Clicking the ‘Brand Manager’ on the top right corner of your browser.

Step 3: Clicking the ‘Settings’ tab on the top right corner of the Brand Management Dashboard.

Step 4: Changing the following fields in the Personal Information section: First name and Last name.
