Existing customers and consumers doing research on your brand's products may also contact brands that have a 'Private Message' feature. This can be initiated by any user with a ProductReview.com.au account.
In the example below, a user clicked on 'Customer Care' in blue, just above the brand's response, so that this 'Send message to...' box popped up.
Brands will be notified via an email notification and can also find all private message threads in the Brand Management Platform dashboard under ‘Tickets’:
