How do I invite customers to review my business and products if I don’t have my customer’s emails?
Some businesses may sell their products through a retailer and do not have direct contact with their customers. This means they may not have a customer database of emails and/or are not able to match customers with specific products.
Examples of brands which may come across this issue include health and beauty products that may retail through chemists and supermarkets, or appliance and electronics brands that go through larger retailers.

Step 1: Identify the brand you would like to use for this link.
Step 2: If your brand spans across multiple products, identify the category of products that you would like the Search Link to pull.
E.g. Samsung have products in several categories such as TVs, Refrigerators, Mobile Phones, Air Conditioners etc. In this case, we want to constrain our Search Link to show Samsung French Door Fridges only.
