ProductReview.com.au is Australia’s largest consumer opinion website and aims to help consumers make better purchasing decisions. It receives approximately 35,000 reviews each month across 18 main categories and hundreds of sub-categories, and attracts over 4.5 million monthly visitors who are researching their next purchase.

The annual ProductReview.com.au Awards showcase the top performing products and services as rated by Australian consumers in the last 12 months. This year, the Data & Editorial Team evaluated over 80,000 eligible participants and identified 127 award winners, who have demonstrated consistently strong performance according to the reviews.

Repeat winners:

Several brands have taken out the ProductReview.com.au Awards for three years in a row like the Speed Queen AWNA62 for Top Loader Washing Machines, Mitsubishi MR-EX562 / MR-EX655 for French Door Fridges, Miele Complete C3 PowerLine for Barrel Vacuum Cleaners, and the Bosch SMS88TI01A for Freestanding Dishwashers.

Service providers are also beginning to stack up their award wins, with second time winners such as Moose Mobile, Aussie Broadband and Youfoodz taking home second year wins for Mobile Phone Service Providers, Internet Service Providers and Food Delivery Services respectively.

New categories:

This year, ProductReview.com.au have also expanded the number of categories that were considered. These new categories included Protein & Supplement Retailers which were shared between Bulk Nutrients, Amino Z and VPA, Air Purifiers which was won by Ausclimate Winix Ultimate 5 Stage AUS-9500, Push Mowers which was won by the Masport Bunnings 490 4'n1, Baby Carriers which was awarded to Hug-a-Bub, and Split System Air Conditioners, which was shared between Daikin FTXS20/25/35KVMA and the Mitsubishi MSZ-GL Series.

The ProductReview.com.au Awards are based on the review content and rating scores of eligible products and services, with additional weight given to the reviews collected in the last 12 months. Awards cannot be purchased, nor be influenced by any commercial relationships between brands and ProductReview.com.au
