How do I monitor the performance of my automatic invitations?
Note: Ensure that you have successfully integrated your e-commerce website with the Brand Management Platform via the ProductReview Connect app before going through the steps below. Find out more about how to integrate here.
Once you have integrated your e-commerce website with the Brand Management Platform via the ProductReview Connect app you will automatically begin sending your customers review invitations after they have made an order (according to the cadence you have set).
Please use the steps below as a guide to help you monitor the performance of your automatic invitations:
Step 1: Log into your Brand Management Dashboard and navigate to your e-commerce platform catalog.
Step 2: Go to the 'Reviews' tab on the left sidebar to respond and monitor the review content you have received.
Step 3: Go to the 'Automatic Campaigns' tab on the left sidebar to monitor the cumulative performance of your automatic invitations (i.e. Recipients, Reviews, Delivered, Failed, Opened, Clicked, Unsubscribed, Complained)
Step 3b: Click on your 'Automatic campaign' to see a full breakdown per customer email.
Step 3c: Click on 'Edit' to update the settings for your automatic review invitations.
