Brand Managers may receive quotes in the form of an email that contains the information provided by users. Typically, these emails are automatically sent to the email address assigned to the brand manager account(s) under your Brand Management dashboard.
To redirect these emails to specific email addresses, please follow the steps below as a guide:
Go to the ‘Brand Details’ section of the Brand Management Platform, under the 'Settings' tab on the left sidebar.
Navigate to the ‘Notification triggers’ section.
Click ‘Add notification trigger’ and fill in the Name and Filtering strategy.
Click ‘Create notification trigger’ and add the relevant email that you would like to use to receive lead emails.
This means the new email assigned under ‘Notification triggers’ will receive lead emails instead of brand manager emails.
