There are a number of reasons why your review may not have been published. You can read the reasons for why your review may not have been published below:
Your review is pending
Reviews aren't posted instantly as they're processed by our Moderation Team before being published. It may be the case that your review is still pending. You can check the status of your reviews at anytime here→.
You have a review in resolution
If you have a review that has been forwarded to a Brand Manager for you to further discuss your complaints, any new reviews that you submit will be rejected. That way, the Brand Manager you have contacted will have a chance to respond to your first review.
Did you mean to publish your first review that's been resolved? This is something you can do!
Go to your inbox (Private Messages), click on the message, and at the top of the message select whether to edit or publish your review. No need to write a completely new review!
For more information on review resolution, please head here→.
Your email hasn't been confirmed
If you are signed in, there should be a red message at the top of the ProductReview.com.au page you're on with instructions on how to confirm your email address.
If you have not received a confirmation email, please check the Spam or Junk folder in your email inbox.
You need to provide proof of purchase
When you are asked for proof of purchase, your review is temporarily disabled. You should have received an email prompting you to upload a proof of purchase document.
For more information about proof of purchase, please head here→.
We were unable to publish your review
To have your review published, it needs to comply with our Posting Guidelines. We highly recommend reading them and checking if your review follows them.
If we couldn't publish your review, you should have received an email explaining why.
Make sure you read through this email carefully to see why our Moderation Team didn't publish your review.
