Your review is pending
Reviews aren't posted instantly as they're processed by our content team before being published. It may be the case that your review is still pending. You can check the status of your reviews at anytime here→.
You have a review in resolution
If you have a review that has been forwarded to a brand manager to further discuss your complaints, any new reviews that you post will be rejected. That way, the brand manager you contacted will have a chance to respond to your first review.
Did you mean to publish your first review that's in resolution? This is something you can do!
Just head to your Private Messages inbox, click on the relevant message and at the top choose whether to edit or publish your review. No need to write a completely new review!
