How do I use the Private Messaging Tool?

The Private Messaging Tool can be used to contact clients to communicate private information such as contact details.

The Private Messaging Tool is used together with the Review Resolution Tool to help you resolve customer issues and concerns. For more information on the Review Resolution Tool, please head here→.

 


How to access Private Messages

Private messages can be accessed in two ways:

  1. Through the Brand Management Platform by clicking on the green 'Review Resolution' button at the top right-hand corner.
  2. Through the normal ProductReview website by clicking on the speech bubble icon.

 


How to send a Private Message

You are able to privately message reviewers by clicking on the 'Send a message' link underneath their name which is on the left of their review.
