How do I change or update my subscription on the Brand Management Platform?

The following steps will enable you to upgrade, downgrade or discontinue your subscription on ProductReview.com.au.

Step 1:

Log onto your Brand Management account.

Step 2:

Click the ‘Brand Management’ tab on the top right corner of the home page. 

Step 3:

Click the dropdown menu on the top right corner of the Brand Management dashboard (under the brand name) and select 'Billing'.

Step 4:

Find the brand that you would like to update and click the three dots (...) to the right of 'Payment period'.

Step 5:

Select the relevant action (Upgrade, Resubscribe, or Cancel).
