Provided that the reviews posted were a genuinely held opinion at the time and consumers can see when the reviews were submitted, we are unable to remove reviews that meet our Posting Guidelines. This closely follows the guidelines set out by the ACCC for review platforms, which can be found on its website.
We can, however, place a notice at the top of your listing to advise reviewers of when the change of management began.
If you believe that your rating is not representative of the services provided under new management we recommend reaching out to your current customers and asking them to submit a review about their experience.
