Why can't I see a review that I was emailed about?

Sometimes a review you have been emailed about is unavailable when you try to view it. Here is a list of reasons why the review may be unavailable:

• We have requested additional information from the reviewer, even after their review has been published.
• The author of the review may have edited their review, which is now waiting in a queue to be processed by our Moderation Team.
• The author has deleted their review.
