What should I do if my customer publishes their original review?

In the event that your customer chooses to publish their original review, we encourage you to respond to their review either by posting a public comment or messaging them privately again.

We understand why businesses may see negative reviews as unfavourable, but a well-phrased response is a good way to show potential customers that you take customer service seriously and are proactive in following up issues that may arise.
