Requesting proof of purchase is done at the discretion of our Moderation Team. They may choose to request proof of purchase if they find any inconsistencies within a review or its metadata. They may also choose not to request proof of purchase after having fully assessed a review.
While we understand that Brand Managers want to ensure the quality of the reviews on their listing, proof of purchase is just one of many strategies we use to detect strange activity.
