Brand Managers can edit the automatic invitations that they send once they have integrated their eCommerce website with ProductReview.com.au. The general process to edit your review invitations are as follows:
Step 1:
Log into your Brand Management Dashboard and navigate to your e-commerce platform catalog and click 'Email Settings' under 'Settings' on the left sidebar.
Step 2:
Select the suitable invitation you would like to edit (you will be able to choose from three options:
- Manual campaign
- Automatic campaign - Product reviews
- Automatic campaigns - Merchant reviews
Step 3:
Customise your email. If you haven't done this before, a dummy email will appear in the Preview on the right hand side. Scroll down to the relevant section on the left hand side to enter new email content. You will need to use Markdown in this field if you would like to add bold/italic text, etc.
Step 4:
Save your settings by clicking the green button at the bottom of the page. This will ensure that your future emails will use this updated template.
