You can respond to reviews in one of three ways:
- On the Brand Management Platform
- On the listing for your business
Responding to reviews by email
Brand Managers who are managing a listing will receive alert emails when new reviews and questions are published on a listing. These emails enable you to click straight onto the relevant review so you may respond as an official representative of the company.
Responding to reviews on the Brand Management Platform
The ‘Reviews’ tab on the Brand Management Platform gives Brand Managers the ability to go straight to the relevant review, so they may respond as an official company representative.

Responding to reviews on your business' listing
Landing onto the public-facing side of a listing while logged into your Brand Manager account also enables you to respond to your reviews.
