What is the difference between the Review section, Questions section and the Tickets section of the Brand Management Platform?

The ‘Reviews’ tab on the Brand Management Platform includes all the reviews that have been submitted for your product(s).

You can filter the ‘Reviews’ tab to customise the view on your dashboard. This includes selecting to see reviews that have:

  • A specific rating
  • Been submitted between a certain date range
  • Been processed (read and addressed by a brand manager)
  • Been responded to
  • Been submitted for a specific listing
  • Been submitted in a certain category

The ‘Questions’ tab on the Brand Management Platform includes all questions that have been submitted by users for your products and/or brand.

You can filter the ‘Questions’ tab to customise your view on your dashboard. This includes selecting to see questions that have:

  • Been processed (read and addressed by a brand manager)
  • Been responded to
  • Been submitted for a specific listing
  • Been submitted in a certain category

The ‘Tickets’ tab on the Brand Management Platform includes all private messages between the brand manager and a user, the brand manager and consumers who have submitted their reviews for mediation, and the brand manager and the Content & Moderation Team regarding flagged reviews.

You can also filter the ‘Tickets’ tab to customise your view on your dashboard. This includes selecting tickets:

  • That have been processed (read and addressed by a brand manager)
  • That are of a specific nature (Flag, Private Message, Reviews In Mediation)
