Reviews
The Reviews tab on the Brand Management Platform includes all the reviews that have been submitted for your product(s).
You can filter the Reviews tab to customise how it appears on your dashboard by using the filters on the right hand side of the page. This includes filtering to only see reviews that have:
- Been submitted between a certain date range
- A specific rating
- Been processed (read and acknowledged by a Brand Manager - however this doesn't necessarily mean a response has been submitted)
- Been responded to (a response has been submitted by a Brand Manager)
- Been submitted for a specific listing
- Been submitted in a certain category
Questions
The Questions tab on the Brand Management Platform includes all questions that have been submitted by reviewers for your products and/or brand.
You can filter the Questions tab to customise how it appears on your dashboard. This includes filtering to see questions that have:
- Been processed
- Been responded to
- Been submitted for a specific listing
- Been submitted in a certain category
Tickets
The Tickets tab on the Brand Management Platform includes all private messages between:
- the Brand Manager and reviewers generally,
- reviewers who have submitted their reviews for mediation, and
- the Brand Manager and the Content & Moderation Team regarding reviews that have been reported.
You can also filter the Tickets tab to customise how it appears on your dashboard. This includes selecting tickets:
- That have been processed
- That are of a specific nature (such as flagged* reviews, private messages, or reviews in mediation)
