Existing customers and consumers doing research on your brand's products may also contact brands that have a Private Message feature. This can be initiated by any user with a ProductReview.com.au account.
In the example below, a user clicked the Customer Care profile in blue, just above the brand's response, and a Send Message to… box popped up.
Brands are notified of incoming messages via an email notification, and they can also find all private message threads in the Brand Management Platform dashboard under Tickets.
Note: The Tickets section of the Brand Management Platform includes private message threads and also review mediation threads.
