There are two main sections where you can update your brand logo and/or product images.
Updating your logo/image on your listing
Step 1:
Go to the Brand Management 'Catalog' section, found on the left sidebar.
Step 2:
Click the listing that you'd like to update.
Step 3:
Scroll down to the 'Pictures' section under Details and upload the image(s) that you would like to use.
Step 4:
Click 'Set entry pictures' to save your update.
Updating your logo for your brand
Step 1:
Go to the brand management 'Brand Details' section (found under 'Settings' on the left sidebar).
Step 2:
Navigate to the 'Logo' section and/or 'Brand Manager avatar' sections.
Step 3:
Upload the image that you would like to use for both sections by clicking on the existing logos in the red squares above.
Step 4:
Click 'Set brand logo' and/or 'Set brand manager avatar'
Updating the information on a listing (e.g. official website links, FAQs, universal identifiers, business details, etc.)
Step 1:
Go to the Brand Management 'Catalog' section, found on the left sidebar.
Step 2:
Click the listing that you'd like to update.
Step 3:
Go to the relevant section for the listing and suggest the edit. You can also suggest a change to the listing name at the top of the page.
Step 4:
Click the green 'Set' button in the relevant section. This ensures that your suggested edits are saved.
